These Terms govern your use of CashArt's pre-launch website, early-access registration, and collector survey.

1. Nature of the Pre-Launch Experience

CashArt is currently not a financial service provider. This site is a pre-launch demonstration designed to:

  • Present the upcoming product vision
  • Allow galleries to register interest
  • Collect feedback from collectors

No financial services, approvals, or lending functionality are active.

2. Eligibility

By registering or completing a survey, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are authorized to act on behalf of a gallery (if registering a gallery)

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information
  • Attempt to access restricted parts of the system
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse any content

The website is for informational purposes only.

4. Early Access Registration

Submitting your gallery information:

  • Does not constitute acceptance into any financial program
  • Does not create any commercial or legal relationship
  • Is solely a registration of interest

We may contact you regarding early access or product updates.

5. No Financial Commitments or Offers

The site does not:

  • Offer financing
  • Approve financing
  • Provide legal, tax, or financial advice

All product descriptions are conceptual until launch.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, layouts, graphics, and content are owned by CashArt or licensed to us. You may not reuse or reproduce these without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CashArt will not be liable for:
