CashArt ("we", "our", "us") is currently in a pre-launch phase. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information submitted through our early-access registration form for galleries and our collector survey.

  • Price range and experience with payment plans (optional)

1.2 Collector Survey

When collectors complete our survey, we may collect:

  • Email address (optional)
  • Name (optional)

1.3 Automatically Collected Data

We may collect basic analytics such as:

  • Page views
  • Device type
  • Completion rates for forms

No tracking cookies for marketing are used at this stage.

2. How We Use the Information

Your information is used solely for:

  • Understanding market demand for CashArt's future services
  • Contacting you with relevant product updates
  • Selecting galleries or collectors for our 2026 pilot
  • Improving the design and usability of the early-access experience
  • Internal research and validation for investors

Information submitted is stored securely in our internal databases and/or Google Sheets. We apply reasonable security measures appropriate for a pre-launch stage. Once CashArt's full platform launches, all data will be migrated into our production environment following industry standards.
